CEO & Founder
A veteran of the industry in the GTA since the 1980s, Debbie Cosic founded In2ition in 2008, and has since overseen the sales and marketing of over $25 billion in real estate. A powerhouse and self-made success in her own right, Debbie is also passionate about finding and fostering genius and new talent in the real estate industry. The result is In2ition’s multi-disciplinary team packed with experience and expertise you won’t find anywhere else.

As VP of Operations, Lysha Lyn ensures that this complex process runs efficiently and productively at all times. A proven innovator and an active, involved leader, Lysha has been an integral part of the In2ition team since its inception. Lysha holds a degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources.

Prior to joining In2ition, VP Liana Pronio spent ten years working on the developer side of the industry, reaching the role of Director of Sales and Marketing before transitioning. Her long experience working in nearly every role for builders and developers shows in the wisdom she brings to her leadership at In2ition—providing exceptional management service, sales results and understanding to our clients. Liana’s leadership has been recognized with several BILD awards and nominations for Best Sales Team and Best Sales Manager.

VP Jackie Pezer-Lilic honed her skills in commercial and residential design in Canada and internationally. Her leadership of our Design Division is an integral part of the beginning-to-end service In2ition provides for our clients— offering design consultation for finishes and upgrades; PDI’s; interior design for sales offices, model suites and building amenity spaces; rendering; floor plans; furniture layouts and staging.
