Innovative real estate brokerage firm changing the face of new homes and condos
Recognized as leaders in the real estate sales community, brokers Debbie Cosic and Mira Tomljenovic have built on their exceptional reputation for service and sales results as the exclusive brokers at Parkside Village, Amacon's 33-acre, master-planned community in the heart of Mississauga.
Poised to build on their brokerage success on behalf of developers like Amacon, the partners recently established In2ition Realty, a full service brokerage firm serving developers and their buyers.
In2ition Realty boasts years of hands-on experience and expertise that belies its founders' youth and energy. "We're bringing a new look to this exciting industry; we're innovative, we're cutting-edge, and we already have a history of breaking sales records," says Cosic.
Prior to launching In2ition, Cosic and Tomljenovic founded Sutton Group Signature Realty, in 2002. With a focus on resale homes, in just over six years, Sutton Group Signature flourished and grew to include more than 50 agents, with experience marketing thousands of homes and condos in communities as close as Mississauga and as far away as Florida and the Turks and Caicos.
"While Sutton Group Signature has been a huge success, and will continue to operate as our resale division, In2ition Realty has developed out of void in the market," says Cosic. "We felt the market needed a boutique style, hands-on sales agency specializing in new homes and condos, something In2ition will provide."

Recognized as industry leaders, the partners' background is as far-reaching as their vision. Cosic served as Vice President of sales and marketing with a large homebuilder and land developer in the GTA for more than a decade, has been trading in real estate for over 20 years and is a multiple Marketing Person of the Year award-winner at the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD).
Her partner, Mira Tomljenovic, has served as Senior Project Manager for one of Canada's largest shopping centre developers, has a background in urban planning with more than 20 years of municipal and private real estate experience, and an impressive network of industry contacts.
Cosic explains that the partners' share a wealth of experience. We operate with the overriding philosophy of acting as a developer's in-house brokerage, but we do a lot more than your average broker. We fill in the niches and we have the capability and the know-how to fill in any service gaps in a builder's organization.
In2ition is already prepared for success, with future plans for an impressive new office in historic downtown Streetsville scheduled for completion this winter.
